I started my real estate career by purchasing "run down" properties, rehabbing and selling them.....which then led me into property rentals, property management and ultimately aquiring my Real Estate license.  

I have alot of experience with buying REO's (also known as Foreclosurers) and Short Sales (also known as Pre-Foreclosures).  In addition, I have personal knowledge and experience buying and selling Rent To Own homes. 

Over the last several years, I has become a expert and a specialist, working mainly with First Time Home Buyers.  I believe I understand the uncertainty most new buyers feel when making a home buying decision for the first time.  I make it a point to educate my clients in every aspect of the process and then work very closely with my clients to ensure they get that absotlute best deal possible.
